Change to Wise-Sync IP Address

Cloud partners - You are NOT affected by this change.
On Premise Partners - This change will only affect you if you have firewall / network restrictions that prevent connection from outside networks to your ConnectWise environment. This is normally only a condition / requirement in self-managed (On Premise) environments.
What the change means:
We will be upgrading our infrastructure to make use of global distribution technologies and will be changing our IP Address(s) to support this change. Please note that if you currently have a white-list for the Wise-Sync IP Addresses, you will need to allow our new IP Address for direct access to your ConnectWise Server.
This change will allow us to make use of elastic compute services through AWS, and is part of our strategy to move more towards on-demand compute to cater for growth and bring our services closer to your ConnectWise endpoints.
Please ensure that if you have a firewall restriction that you whitelist the following IP which will provide services to the following DNS Entries
The following A records can also be added for web filtering
HTTPS > secure2.wise-sync.com
HTTPS > secure.wise-sync.com
HTTPS > billing.wise-sync.com
HTTPS > my.wise-sync.com
HTTPS > app.wise-pay.com
HTTPS > proxy.wise-pay.com
HTTPS > payflow.wise-pay.com
We would also suggest that the existing IP Addresses remain active for fail-over and redundancy purposes.
