Step 4.4: Wise-Payer Registration Flow

Once you have added a user Wise-Pay automatically emails your customer an invitation to set their user account password, and to provide further information such as name and contact information if not entered already.  It uses the Branding setup configured previously - back to setup Branding

If they have not used Wise-Pay before then a password must be set.

Notification Email - Create User Flow - Each user needs to set a secure password when they first access Wise-Pay. The following steps are illustrative of the process flow that a user will have to undertake to complete the setup of their Wise-Pay account.

Step 1.1 - User clicks "Create Password" link in email and is redirected to the Wise-Pay password reset page.

Step 1.2 - User Sets a New Password and Confirms

Users will have to check that they accept the terms for using Wise-Pay - did you skip over this before?  More on setting up Terms and Disclaimers

  • Step 1.3 - User provides additional contact information.
  • Step 1.4 - User accepts Terms and clicks Register

  • Step 1.5 - User is logged into Wise-Pay with the dashboard display, where they can see their outstanding invoices, view and manage their own scheduling of manual payments, and download copies of invoices and surcharge invoices from past payments.
