How To Configure Payment Processor Account API Keys
When you register with your payment processing merchant such as IntegraPay, you get an API key and password to get API access to your account. Wise-Pay uses these details to get the payments from you payers and settle them into your configured bank accounts. This process requires that the API key an password must be correctly configured
Note: The API Key configuration is done during Wise-Pay on-boarding. You should not be changing this configuration until there is a change in your API configuration. The purpose of this article is to enable you to validate these details if required.
Follow these steps to configure the payment processor API key for your Wise-Pay account:
- Login to Wise-Pay as a merchant. See How do I Log Into Wise-Pay as Merchant.
- Ensure that a company is selected from the Company drop-down.
- Navigate to Configure > Merchants and click Edit merchant
Wise-Pay displays the Account Merchant Details page.
- Click the API Keys tab.
- Ensure that you enter correct details in the API user name and password fields.
