Forgot/Lost your password?

No problem, follow these steps to reset it.

  1. Click here to go to the Wise-Pay Reset Password screen.
  2. Enter either your email address or username (if different).
  3. Select Reset.
  4. Look for a Wise-Pay Forgotten Password email from Wise-Pay in your inbox. Check your spam folder in case it doesn't make it!
  5. Click the URL provided in the email.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password.
